01 Training
Two ways to train. One standard.
Both options are strength and conditioning first, and both are written for the person in front of me — because fitness is not one size fits all.
In Person
Coached in the room
One-on-one sessions here in Jacksonville. We start with an assessment so I can see how you move, then every lift gets taught before it gets loaded. I cue you through it in real time, which is the fastest way to make a new lifter safe and a trained lifter stronger.
- Movement and strength assessment first
- Hands-on coaching for every new lift
- Progressive overload tracked session to session
- Beginners and returning athletes both welcome

A written program built around your days, your equipment, and your goal — with check-ins so it keeps moving. You send video, I send corrections. It is the same programming and the same standard as in-person work, without needing to share a zip code with me.
- Custom strength programming, updated as you progress
- Video form review and written corrections
- Regular check-ins and accountability
- Built for whatever gym or equipment you actually have
