Numbers first. Then we make them livable.

Training builds the strength; food decides whether you keep it. Run your numbers below, then treat them the way I treat everything else — as a starting point for you, not a rule written for someone else.

02 Questions

Before you overthink it.

Do I have to hit these numbers perfectly?

No. This is a starting point, not a rule book. Get protein close, eat enough to train hard, and adjust after two weeks based on what the scale and your sessions actually tell you.

Why is protein so high if my goal is weight loss?

Because the goal is not just lighter, it is stronger and healthier. Protein protects the muscle you are working for while you are in a deficit, which is what keeps your metabolism and your strength where you want them.

I have never tracked food before. Where do I start?

Start with one habit: hit your protein target and drink your water. That alone moves most beginners. Once that is automatic for a couple of weeks, we add the rest.
