Get stronger.Live healthier.Train to a standard.
02 Standards, Not Motivation
Motivation comes and goes. A standard holds the line for you.
I meet clients where they’re at — whether that’s just beginning or already advanced. Then we set a standard that is honest about your week, and we hold it together.
Meet you where you are
Your first session is not a test. We look at what you can do today, what hurts, and what your week actually looks like. The plan starts from there, not from someone else’s program.
Strength first, always
Most of my clientele are strength and conditioning focused, and that is on purpose. Getting strong is what makes everything else — energy, body composition, confidence — follow.
Versatile, not rigid
I have worked alongside multiple trainers and trained in several different styles. If your goal shifts or your body needs a different approach, the programming shifts with it.
03 What Changes
Stronger, and healthier for longer.
- 01
Real strength you can measure
Weight on the bar, reps in reserve, sessions completed. Progress you can point at, not guess at.
- 02
A body that works better
Better movement, steadier energy, and composition change that comes from training you can repeat.
- 03
Confidence under the bar
Walking into the weight room knowing exactly what you are doing and why you are doing it.
- 04
Habits that outlast the program
The goal is not a twelve-week push. It is knowing how to train for the rest of your life.
04 Where Most People Are Stuck
None of this means you are lazy.
“I don’t know where to start.”
The weight room is intimidating when nobody has ever shown you the ropes. You do not need to arrive knowing anything. That is my job.
“I’ve tried programs before and quit.”
A program written for someone else was always going to be hard to keep. Fitness is not one size fits all, and a plan you can actually follow is a different experience entirely.
“I can’t live in the gym.”
Good. You are not supposed to. We build around the days you genuinely have, and we make those days count instead of pretending you have seven.
05 The Coach
Kailyn Hurst
I have always had a love for fitness, especially being a prior athlete. I started my trainer journey at Planet Fitness in North Dakota, and after seeing the change and difference I was making with people and their health journeys, I decided this was the career for me.
Before any of that, I enlisted in the United States Air Force out of high school. That is where I learned the value behind having discipline — and it is still how I coach. Not loud. Just consistent, and unwilling to let a standard slip.

06 Proof
Be my next success story.
I would rather show you real results than made-up ones.
Client results are coming soon. Mission Strong Performance is two years in and still small on purpose — which means right now you get my full attention, a plan written only for you, and a coach who answers.
07 How It Works
Four steps, no guesswork.
Step One
We talk first
Tell me your goal, your history, and your week. No commitment, no pitch you have to sit through.
Step Two
We find your starting point
A movement and strength assessment so the program starts where you actually are today.
Step Three
You get your plan
Strength-focused programming built around your days, online or in person here in Jacksonville.
Step Four
We hold the standard
Check-ins, adjustments, and progressive overload so the work keeps paying you back month after month.
08 Questions
Ask it now.
Nothing here is a trick question. If yours is not listed, send it over and I will answer it straight.
I do not know where to start.
That is the most common place my clients start from. Your first session is an assessment, not a test, and every exercise gets taught before you ever load it.
I have tried programs before and they did not stick.
Generic programs are built for an average person who does not exist. Yours is built for your schedule, your history, and your goal — and it changes when your life does.
I do not have time to be in the gym daily.
You do not need to be. Two or three focused strength sessions a week, done consistently, beat seven planned days you never make.
Do you train beginners and athletes both?
Yes. I meet clients where they are at, whether that is just beginning or already advanced. The standard is the same; the starting weight is not.
